He was born in Damascus in 1984.
He obtained his State Diploma of Doctor of Pharmacy from Al-Ahliyya University in Amman in Jordan.
He worked as a researcher at the Jordan research and development department, where he was responsible for the development of a long-acting drug for the treatment of epilepsy.
He worked as a laboratory director at the biochemistry laboratory and hematology and immunology laboratory at the International Arab University of Damascus - Syria, then got a higher education scholarship after his success and surpassing the 581 candidates to continue his studies in protein sciences in France.
He obtained his Masters in protein engineering and enzyme engineering from the University of Lorraine in Nancy - France, then obtained his doctorate in hematology and oncology from the Claude Bernard University in Lyon - France.
Dr Al-moutaz worked as a researcher at the Center Léon Bérard- CRCL.
He joined Bright Inventors as a Scientific expert since January 2021.
