Modified Pine-Hydebrink Crane

The upper surgical levers that were used for deeply and horizontally embolized molars extraction, including the straight pine winch and the Hydebrink lift, cannot reach the severed parts resulting from the fragmentation of these molars by the surgeon. Where the doctor has to drain excess bone tissue to reach the working head of these levers to the fragmentation. While the modified Bain- Hydebrink lever enables the surgeon to easily access and remove these cut parts in succession due to its many advantages, the anterior section is curved at several obtuse angles and at different spatial levels, as well as providing protection for the oral tissues (the commissure of the mouth) with the conical method of safe entry. In addition to reducing the amount of bone to be removed in cases of deep and horizontal extractions of the lower third molar.

They can also be used in cases of posterior root extractions, generally in the upper and lower jaws.
